TFI is a unique collaboration of three nationally recognized companies working together to design, build and develop warehouse/distribution centers:

First Industrial Real Estate Trust, Inc., the nation's largest provider of diversified real estate, owns, operates and manages 80 million sq. ft. in 25 markets coast to coast.

The Norwood Company, a leading East coast construction management firm, specializes in warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, office and healthcare facilities.

LZA Associates, a division of The Thornton-Tomasetti Group, is a world class, full-service architectural and engineering firm.

We helped these three firms to develop a collective identity, a marketing plan and materials to sell their combined services across the country. This effort has led to the marketing of a number of industrial parks now under development.
